The Valley High Mascots, in their third year of formation, consist of five performers. The Mascots have amazing gymnastic talents that they display at all football and basketball games. The Mascots also entertain during the assemblies. Their adviser is Mr. Michael VanWert.

Y I The purpose of the I.V. Cheerleaders is to help bring spirit to Valley. They cheer at all j.v. football and basketball games and at pep assemblies. To help develop the spirit, they attend a cheerleading clinic in Lajolla, California, where they won some of the highest awards offered at camp. Together they raise money to buy new uniforms. The head cheerleader is Shaunna Fisk, the co-head is Sommer Schumacher. The ad- viser is Mrs. Dee Leavitt.

The Valley High Mat Maids are a group of 22. girls who support the wrestling team. They attend all j.v. and varsity wrestling matches and keep score for the team. All of the girls help cheer on the team to victories.
