Peggy Able Thor's Hammer, the VHS newspaper, is produced by journalism students. Each issue covers the top stories in school activities and sports, community events, and social issues. TH also offers to publish selected poems, articles, and cartoons submitted by students and teachers. Through the production of the newspaper, staff mem- bers learn journalistic skills, including reporting, editing, photography, lay-up, and advertising. The responsibility to serve students and faculty members, as well as to maintain a high standard of journalism is recognized.
