They sponsored their annual Russian show, which featured dancers and was high- lighted by a solo by Norman Williams. The District Attorney's Young Citizens Council was formed in 1971 for the purpose of increas- ing communication and understanding between youth and the authority structure. The District Attorney meets with the DAYCC members from each high school to get their var- ious oprnions on current issues.
