This years wrestling squad was rather young and inexperienced. Losing only 3 seniors out of 13 lettermen, Valley will return a fine nucleus, including 4 wrestlers that placed 4th or better in Districts, for the 1973-74 campaign. In view of the fact that Valley forfeited one weight class every match and still ended up with a 5-4-1 dual record speaks highly of those wrestlers who ex- hibited mental and physical toughness throughout a very strenuous and de- manding season. .
