Fall Of 1972 Begins David Whiteis Fifth Members of the school board for the Albuquerque Public Schools are Ted Martinez, Daniel McKinnon, Jeanette Stromberg, Henry Willis, and Joseph Zanetil. Ernest Stapleton was principal of Valley High School from 1956-1962. Now he is in his second year as the A.P.S. superintendent. Robert Montoya is North Area Superintendent and is in charge of Valley High and its feeder schools. These men, the members of the Albuquerque Board of Education, and the other administrators set the policies that are used at Valley. This year they handed down the long discussed policy on student rights and responsibilities. This docu- ment is meant to guide both students and faculty members on their rights in the public schools.
