3, film lu-1 One of FHA's yearly projects is the baby contest. For which a large amount of the money will go to the Warren A. Smart fund. FHA also hopes to set up a scholarship for one of the graduating seniors who plans to major in Home Economics. This year FHA has submitted a candidate for state secretary. the Candidate is Linda Abeyta. They have also elected a song leader for district 4 who is Sally Plunkett. Among the clulfs activities was a parent and son banquet held in February during FFA week. The boys also participated in a contest in Las Cruces during the first week in April. This contest included farm mechanics, crops, livestock, poultry, dairy, tractor driving, public speaking, and parliamentary procedure. The sponsor of the club is their teacher, Mr. Head.
