Operate Clinic Successfull xr rs. ,-'X-f Carol La Possy, clinic aide, searches for a student's file card to check his health record. Discussing the values of a medical career, seeing films on nursing, hearing speakers from various colleges, and touring a local hospital constituted the busy, varied program of the Future Nurses Club. The club advisers are Mrs. Shirley Maloch, the school nurse, and Miss Judith Sanders. Mrs. Maloch also supervises the clinic aides who help her in the clinic filing medical cards and administering simple first aid. Our representative of the American Red Cross is Mrs. Minerva Alexander. She receives the work projects ideas from the Red Cross and then asks various clubs to help. The Home Economics Club, one of the newer clubs at Valley Forge, is advised by Mrs. Myra Pinkley. The club's programs were based on the theme of furthering the members' homemaking skills. Using their sewing skills, they made friend- ship kits for the children of Vietnam. Carol Zingale demonstrates nursing skills on Gretchen Voll. wma? Clinic Aides- Bottom Row: Mrs. Maloch, N Berna, D.
