Serving the faculty, the administra- tion, and the student body, the secre- taries at Valley Forge efficiently com- plete tasks in the shortest possible time. Throughout the day the main office secretaries greet guests, answer the questions of students and faculty, make appointments and channel all office calls. In the attendance office, secre- taries handle college transcripts, work permits, absences, late-comers and the limitless problems created by 2,700 stu- dents. The routine and the unusual are handled skillfully by these secretaries. ATTENDANCE OFFICE SECRETARIES-Mrs. Weiler, Mrs. Dvorak and Mrs. Reimer. School Board Maintains High Educational Standards SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS, 1964-65-Mrs. Robert Schuster, Mr. Robert Brown, Mr. Norman Shibley, Mr. Thomas Hudgeons, Mr. Charles Chaffin. Insuring the best possible education for stu- dents is the foremost objective of the Parma School Board. Serving as the policy-making body, the school board strives to advance and enhance the city's educational system. Members of the Board of Education are civic- minded, impartial individuals who are upholding the traditional, high standards of Parma educa- tion. Members of the 1966-67 School Board are Mr. Robert Brown, president: Mrs. Robert Schuster, Mr. Charles Chaffin, Mr. Joseph Kral, and Mr. Charles Kovach. Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Stuart Openlander, and Mr. Smith converse before the November Lake Erie League Conference.
