Under the coaching supervision of Mr. Kaiser, the Valley Forge bowling team possessed first place in the handicap division of the Greater Cleveland Interscholastic Bowling League and eyed the league championship with three-fourths of the season completed. Ken Mixter led the Patriots with a 185 average which was third-high in the league. Captain Jerry Docktor, with a 268, rolled the highest game in the league. The bowlers competed with twenty-four schools at Linz Superior Lanes. Keglers Triumph 0n The Lanes Mr. Kaiser examines team scores before the tenth frame. After releasing the ball, Tom Hanna remains conscious of proper bowling follow-through. 126
