Weinel, is a - complex but highly coordinated organization whose entire effort goes into getting the planes off and back aboard again. In between those smooth launches and landings much takes place. - 1' A Getting the right planes in the proper spot fully loaded with the correct bombs just doesn't happen. It is the result of ex- ceptional teamwork between the Air Group and the Air Depart- ment. Timing and coordination must be perfect. LCDR'S ALT, ANDRUS and CUNEO of the Air Department spend every minute of their time coordinat- ing aircraft handling, aircraft maintenance and aircraft servic- ing. Under them are the six Air Department Divisions who carry out the specific jobs that make the whole thing go. l
