Scanning the scene below, a pa- goda on a small hill could be seen rising above the surrounding build- ings. Being inquisitive we made our way down to the storied struc- ture and took some photographs in the beautiful surrounding gardens. Although to Occidental tastes there was too much ginger bread, we were amazed at the infinite amount of time and labor that must have gone into its construc- tion and maintenance.
