They were a closely knit team which helped keep the spirit and moral high throughout the season. They were 13 in number, who were 3 seniors, 2 juniors, 5 sophomores, and 3 freshmen, inspired by a new coach. Practices were 5 days a week until they started playing their games when they practiced only three of four days a week. Statistics The Wrestlers, coached by Mr. Morse, had another great year. They started the year with a good turn out and then went on to have a very successful season. After a lot of hard wrestling, the team came home with a second place at Divisional, just missing first by a few points. The Fighting Panthers then went on to make a good showing at State and came home with a third place trophy.
