The members of the Industrial Arts Club of 1969- 1970 would like to thank Mr. Jack Dunlap for the help and interest he has shown in the past years. Under the supervision of Mr. Dunlap, the I. A. Club has undertaken wood- construction projects beneficial to both school and community. Among them were the completion of the concession booth and the construction of a Christmas scene which will be erected annually on the high school roof during Christmas season. 15

There was one special edition for District Basketball Tournament news. The staff tried a magazine format and a survey showed a majority of the students found it more acceptable than the former way. The Panther Paws is a service organization which serves as a host at all public school functions. These girls assist in carrying the flags, holding ropes for basketball games, ushering, handing out programs, and are available for service whenever needed. 16
