Homecomin HOMECOMING 1986 found VSC students KEEPING THE SUMMER ALIVE as they eagerly wriggled into those summer shorts and bathing suits one last time for the HOMECOMING parade. Even in October, VSC students are glad to break out that beach umbrella and that trusty red beer cooler in pursuit of the American dream - the endless summer, Tanned girls dressed in hot pink and vivid turquoise Jams provided contrast to the bright red blazers worn by Dr. and Mrs. l-lugh C. Bailey as they rode waving to parade specta- tors. This year's parade included students from a variety of backgrounds -truly an American mel- ting pot. Even immigrants from south of the bor- der participated in VSC's quest for the summer that never ends.
