They seldom enter the spotlight but spend endless time and effort in the improvement and perfection of each individual. Such a person is Doctor Carter. We of VSC are the more fortunate for Dr. Carter enters the dual role of teacher and advisor. By her conscientious and never faltering efforts ,and work she has gained the admiration and respect of collegues and students alike. ' The success of her students and the lasting friendships she has formed stand as mute and proven evidence of her understanding and sympathy as well as ability in guiding and molding students for their performance in life.
