Semin new resolutions! and we mercenary souls slave enthusiastically to finance a Senior trip-New York sounds wonderful. Pig banks grow fat as we save nickels and dimes for the souvenirs Weill Want to collect. A Bingo Party provides both fun and funds. F ebruary: Now is the time all hopeful Seniors begin to get romantic ideas - the advent of warmer weather, the gorgeous azaleas and wistaria among pine trees in Brookwood Park, and the Camellia Trail add atmosphere - puts us in exactly the mood to elect our class sweetheart and dress up for the Valentine dance. We take more interest in the trip and give a benefit bridge party in the WVon1an's Club Building. March: MY, MY . . . THE TRIP!!! April: Comin' in on the home stretch -think of it - no more worry over schedules and registration. From now on our advisors will have someone else to get gray over. YVe feel kinda' lost with- out the girls who graduated in March but time is getting short and there are so many things to think about. What a celebration is in store at our first Homecoming - a dance at the Country Club and a very late leave for everyone. May: Life is wonderful - we order caps and gowns, graduation invitations and class pins. The juniors gave a Ci-normousi' dance for us. Set- tling down with our books behind a busy sign we cram for those last finals - and the meaning of the word begins to be clear. June: All over but the congratulations - our families arrive and after making cracks at each other about the glamour ragsv we march down for Dr. Reade to give us the Container for the thing containedf' Packing our diplomas, clothes, and a carload of memories, we quickly take one last look and leave -determined to keep G.
