Janet, Elaine, Bob, Travis, Mavis, Harold, Mary, Charlie, and Vicki make certain the kids get to school on time and return home safely. Virginia, Pooge, Dale. Gerri, Vicki, Lee, Peggy, and myself keep the place spotless. We also can’t forget Goldie, Clarabelle, Evelyn, and Christie who cook the food for all of us. Dennis Wherley, Kim Azbell and Larry Goodin The 1986-87 school year was an active one for the Athletic Boosters. Various money-making projects included chicken dinners in each town during the summer months, pizza sales, a spaghetti supper, trash bag sales, a penny carnival, a candy sale, a pie-in-the-face” contest, and concession sales. Also, spirit” sweatshirts, pants, and coats were sold during the year to promote pride in our school. This will be a continuing project. The efforts of many volunteers once again made possible a successful sports program at V.l.T. The officers for the year were Jerry Connor: President, Carolyn Waters: V. President and Larry Waters: Secretary-treasurer. — Carolyn Waters 8 1986-87 ATHLETIC BOOSTERS Lyndall Snowden definitely decides the Booster Candy Sales is a success.
