As seniors looking back on the years at VIT, we now realize that when this year is over we will miss all the fun, the friends, and even the faculty we’ve had. In the past, we thought getting through school as quick as possible was the most important accomplishment, but now we realize our high school years were very important and the most carefree times of our lives. The enjoyable years here at VIT have left everlasting memories and friendship that, wherever we may be, will endure forever. THANK YOU MRS. BURTON This 1981-82 Vitorian is dedicated to Mrs. Elizabeth Burton, a very special lady, who has given a great deal of effort and added extraordinary class to our organization. Her unique way of organizing the Annual Staff while simultaneously coping with the many problems faced year after year by the members were appreciated, although our gratitude was rarely shown. Many times people tend to take others for granted without realizing how fortunate we are to be associated with them. Mrs. Burton unselfishly devoted her time to supervise the production of several fine yearbooks. Mrs. Burton contributed her own personal time in order to better the Annual Staff. Although you deserve much more, Mrs. Burton, we hope that you will accept this small token of our appreciation. Memories of Annual Staff will always be cherished because of you, Mrs. Burton.
