I, Debbie Baum, being of little mind and too much body, do hereby leave my few volleyball skills to Robin Palmer in hopes that she will use them next year. To Peggy Dennis and Joe Augulario, I leave my ability to play the wrong notes and rhythms in band (without getting caught). To Mona Weld I leave my ability not to ask someone “What’s wrong?” every ten seconds. To Amy Groff I leave my nick-name ‘Betty — ! . And last but not least I leave my ability to get along with Rosie May to anyone who thinks they can put up with her that long! I, Rodney Brockley, being a good judge of people, leave my ability to ignore Mr. Blodgett to all underclassman. My ability to like Mrs. Pavelka to Terry Reneau. My ability to serve two years of Mrs. Knowles English III to A1 Miller. I, Dan Chambers, being of underdeveloped mind and overdeveloped body, do hereby wish to distribute the following to those whom I consider worthy. To my little buddy Davey Crouse I leave my size in hopes that he has better luck with it than I did. To Phil Keefauver I leave nothing because he has Katy. To Robin Palmer I leave my ability to not be a ‘weinie head’. To Brent Harper I leave my beard. I would also like to leave Davey Crouse my ability to participate and excell in P.E., as I have prided myself with this skill for so many years. Last and certainly least, old glory 55 I leave to “Pig Baul”. I, Kim Cowin, being of sound mind, do hereby will the following: my pom-pon ability to Becky Hollenback, to Mona Weld I leave my ability to stay out of trouble, and to all underclassmen, I leave my ability to get along with Mr. Starkey. I, Marisa Cox, being of crazy mind and not enough body, do hereby leave my shortness to Sam Beans, so she won’t have to lean over for the boys to kiss her; my ability to stay out of trouble to Kenny Holloway, who sure needs it; my ability to get along with Mr. Starkey to J.D. Marshall and last but not least, my nickname “wiggles” to anyone who thinks they can handle the swing (and all the teasing that goes with it). I, Rhonda Durga, being of willful mind and small body, leave my possessions to the following: My pom-pon ability to Chris Beans; all my brownie points with Mr. Schoenwetter to Mr. Schoenwetter to give to next year’s student secretary, and finally my District Choir ability to Teresa Martin. I, Scott Fawcett, being of sound mind and interesting body will the following: To “Lawv”, I leave anything he wants since he’s big enough he’ll take it anyway. To “Wobbie” Danner I give my hands so he can be a ton in football, and last and least I leave my thundering kicking to anyone that enjoys breaking off a toenail 3 times in 1 season. I Brian Douglass Hadsall, being of sound mind and fairly stable body do bequeth the following assets to the following people. I leave my brownies in Mrs. Cary’s classes to my brother Keith in hopes that he will use them to get through Consumer’s Ed. I leave my Physic and Chemistry skills to anybody who can understand Mr. Blodgett. I leave my Paul McCartney pin to Miss Harper so she will understand music better. I leave my flashing ability in P.E. to Lynsey Lynn, in hopes he will be a little less embarressed. Last but not least, I leave my ability to cope with any situation to anyone that can cope with that ability. P.S. — I leave my ripped P.E. shorts that I got from playing volleyball to anyone who likes airconditioning. I, Robin Hampton, being of crazy mind and body!, will my ability to certain sophoore girls to grow up and act my age, not their I.Q. To Ang and Zane I will my ability to skip school without getting caught by certain people. To Cindy B., I give my strength to fight whenever you think someone needs it. I leave my knee-knockers to anyone who thinks they’re sexy enough to wear them. And to Puggs, I leave you my ability to find a man before you’re 40 years old. I, Kenton “Queety” Heaton, being of crazed mind and unyeilding body, hereby bequezth the following uncanny abilities to the following slobs who have none of their own: To Terry Reneau I leave my exceptional ability to sneak a smoke under Mr. Blodgett’s nose, (in hopes that it does him no good). To Zane Miller, my ability to emerge victorious from a brawl with a window. I, Tammy Hendee, being of sound body and sometimes forgetful mind, do hereby will what little I have to the following: To Lisa L. my presidency in Library Club so she can make the secretary do all the phone calls. To the freshman librarians, I give my brownie points with Mrs. Snowden, because they may need them. To my fellow comrades at V.I.T. — The memories and happiness of going through 4 years at V.I.T. High School. I, Shawna Hickle, will nothing to anyone, for I have nothing to give. I, Kelli Howard, being of plentiful body and crazed mind, bequeath my trumpet ability to Tony; my ability to go out for sports and stick to it to the underclassmen; lastly, my secret of receiving A’s shall remain a secret. I, Connie Jockish, being of crazy mind and body, will the following: To my little brother Jeffy, I leave my tolerance so he can control his temper, and to Angie B. I leave my patience because she will need it to put up with him. I, Kelly Kaler will my personal belonging to Missy Miller so she can find her own, and my great taste to Missy Miller so she can tell the difference between music ana tash. I also will Willa Richey the ability to tqke a joke. Last but not least, I will my height to Missy Miller for now she can be a whole person. I, Cheryl Kelly, being of small mind and growing body, will my great ability to cause trouble without trying to do so to Erin Lawver, my basketball ability (which isn’t much) to Paula Worthington, my height to all the girls too tall for the guys, my ability to along with the student body to certain Jr. girls, and my life and all my love to John, since it took him from his senior year till now to ask me out, and then to marry me (even though he’d always like me). I, Rhonda L. Kendrick, better known as Runt or Rhon, being of sound mind and body, hereby will my few abilities to the following people. To Brenda K. I leave my ability to pass all my classes, even though they were tough. To Brian (Jack Benny) Pilger, I leave my plunger ability, as Pam and Cyn have, in hopes he will carry on the tradition as proudly as we did. To Brenda L. I leave more proudness. To any girl who thinks she can handle it, I leave my all-star P.E. ability. To Becky Sigler I leave my ability not to act better than others. I leave my ability to buy my own lunch tickets to all those who always borrow them. Last but not least, to my friends and the class of ‘82’, I leave my friendship, and we’ll remember all those cherished moments. I, John Miller, being of sound mind and body, hereby leave my ability to do almost nothing at all in English III and still pass with a C-, to anybody that likes to sleep in class. I, Sue Nelson, being of partially sound mind and slightly large body, leave my stardon in P.E. to Lisa LaFary in hopes that she will use it. To Tari W. I leave my ability to drive in the winter and never land in the ditch. To Cary Beldin I leave my ability to pass shorthand with eood grades and not know hardly anything about the class. To certain sophomore girls I leave my ability to be sweet and kind and not so stuck on myself. Last but most important, I leave my thanks to everyone in this school for making the past two years here very fun and interesting. 12
