moaeum LEFT TO RIGHT: Cathy Belden, Treasurer; Shelly Hampton, Reporter; Sherry Adcock, Secretary; Lori Horwedel, President; Tammy Chambers, Vice-PresidenL Our first day in high school was frightening. We felt like defenseless students branded with the horrible name, Freshman , and inescapably surrounded 3 to 1 by upperclassmen. We knew that the label Freshman could never be banned until our promotion, but we learned to live with it, and in spite of our fate we have begun to fit into the swing of things here. Starting off right, we elected our class officers, then selected Cathy Belden and Rodney Dilts as our Homecoming attendents. Soon it was time to take up a moneymaking project so we sold candy, much to the delight of the rest of the student body, the faculty and the public. By following the traditions of our school and by adding our own new ideas, we hope to make the best of our high school years. We would like our years here to be happy and memorable. 26
