VcUecUct iccut S xlutatonuXH DAR Winner—Connie Chenoweth SAR Winner—Larry Rutledge Senior itycAt Uf, We began high school in the fall of 1962 with 71 of us being initiated by the seniors. Our class officers were President—John Marshall, Vice-President—Gary Wright, Secretary-Treasurer—Larry Rutledge, and Student Council— Jack Myers and Ann Cassidy. The Homecoming attendants were Ann Cassidy and John Marshall. Our faculty sponsors, Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey, guided us in raising money by selling Christmas Cards. Our sophomore year found us under the leadership of Miss Shumack. We selected the following officers: President—Gary Wright, Vice-President—Ann Cassidy, Secretary—Letty Baker, Treasurer—Connie Chenoweth, Student Council—Marilyn DeMott and John Marshall. Our attendants for the Homecoming Dance were Letty Baker and Larry Rutledge. Ann Cassidy and Letty Baker represented our class at all ball games as Junior Varsity cheerleaders. This year our money-making project was the selling of magazines. The officers for our Junior year were as follows: President—Gary Wright, Vice-President —Jack Myers, Secretary-Treasurer—Ann Cassidy, Student Council—Sheila Ritter and Larry Rutledge. Kathy Kessler and John Marshall were our Homecoming attendants. Our class sponsors were Mrs. Horack, Mrs. Holzgraefe, Mrs. Hughes, and Mr. Hunter. The only junior on the Varsity cheerleading squad was Ann Cassidy. We had two money-making activities this year—the basketball concession stands and our class play, Just Ducky, directed by Mrs. Horack. In May, we entertained the seniors at the annual Prom. The chicken dinner was held at the Beehive in Lewistown, Illinois, and the Dance was afterward at the school. The theme, Roman Holiday, was carried out in all the decorations. In our senior year, we elected as officers President—Gary Wright, Vice-President—John Marshall, Secretary-Treasurer—Connie Chenoweth, and Student Council—Ann Cassidy and Robert Fleming. Mrs. Cary, Mr. Inman, and Mr. Buraker were our class advisors. Sylvia France reigned as the Sweetheart Queen this year. The Homecoming King and Queen were John Marshall and Kathy Kessler, and the senior attendants were Letty Baker and Larry Rutledge. Two of the Varsity Cheerleaders were Letty Baker and Ann Cassidy. Ann was also the Track Queen. To raise money for the class trip, we sold light bulbs and received the profits from the football concession stand. Our class play, Boys and Ghouls Together, was a great success and well attended. Our thanks go to the juniors who gave a beautiful Prom carrying the theme Tender Is The Night. The dinner at the Beehive and the dance at the school were greatly appreciated. The juniors selected Ann Cassidy and Keith Engel as the Queen and King for the dance. As a class trip we stayed overnight in Chicago. We saw Russian Adventure, Riverview park, the museums, and stayed at the Palmer House. Our high school years ended with Baccalaureate on May 29, and Commencement on June 3. 22 23 Seaton, 7 tfc 24 fluKCO Julia Abernathy Judy Abernathy Terry Arnett Rick Beaird Ernest Bennett John Bybee Vickie Cable Lucy Cook Wayne Demott 26 Greg Gray Don Hezlep Dan Parry Judy Lannery David Parsano Connie Harris Nancy Hughes Sam McMullen Judy Poen Bev Nehmelman Joyce Ragan 27 Viola Reedy Curt Richmond Hila Robertson Ronnie Raudabaugh Ronnie Sears Bessie Smith Jackie Smith Linda Snowden Sharon Vaughn Gailen Spencer _ J Barbara Walton Candy Weld 28 Diana Rutledge Sue Spangler Larry Wherley Charles Wickwire Joyce Woodell James Abernathy LuAnn Bowman Sandy Carpenter Steven Cowin Tana Danner Gael Baker John Bruketta Jerry Conner Linda Cuson John Derry Jerry Beaird Barbara Brumett Cindy Connour Debbie Danner Peggy Dutton Lloyd Bennett Edwin Bubb Bea Colston Richard Danner Marshall Easley 29 Ronnie Easley Charles Flynn LaRita Heaton Bob Herink Tom Gamm Donnie Heller Mark Horwedel Bruce Kost Ronnie Heller Greg Lundeen Betty Fawcett Patty Hendricks Jane Hughes 30 PAGE MISSING MISSING Steve Kinne Dianne Kost Mike Hollenback Ed Madtson Lyndall Martin Jeanette Mercer Susi Mayall Don Parsano Ron Parsano Ricky Hopping Jane Krider Jo Anne Mason Eldon Morrison Michelle Raudabaugh Melba Kessler Ellen Keith Dale Lee Gilbert McMillen Ronnie Mayall Jeff Nielson Joyce Maxson Jerry Myers Nita Reedy Terry Reedy 33 Dale Richey Connie Ritter Ronnie Robertson Mike Snowden Randy Sorrells Deb Snedeker Gordon Tingley Carl Walters Persephone Thomson Gloria Shaw Janice Stambaugh Margaret Wilson Norman Wise Dennis Wright Leon Wright Beth Stracker Dian Wickwire Not Shown: Mary Blake Kathy Howard Harold Moses 34 JUNIOR Sponsors—Mrs. Holzgraefe, Mr. Hunter, Mrs. Hughes, Mrs. Knowles Pres.—Scan McMullen Vice Pres.—Richard Beaird Treas.—Connie Harris Sec.—Sharon Vaughn Reporter—Melissa Current Student Council Members: Diana Rutledge Terry Arnett SOPHOMORE Sponsors—Mrs. Brummett, and Miss Brown Pres.—Stephen Weaker V.
