Dormitory living seems to be a must for most freshmen. The fun and excitement of making your own decisions, making your own judgement, and the dreaded-making your own bed, and keeping your room tidy is only the beginning of becoming a responsible adult. EDUCATION . . . GRADUATION . . . SUCCESS As the honor cords of graduation once again unveil, so does the happy day faces of approximately three hundred and fifty worthy objects we call graduates. Dr. Joe Boyer, president of Mississippi Valley State University addressed the audience with a refurbish thought replicable to the graduating class motto. A Valuable Life Has A Worthy Object. Four scores ago the lengthy fiery hope of constructing a school for the disadvantaged, the oppressed, the disillusioned became a flame that shedded light for all students having a desire to be educated. It was this sheen, garnished by the warrior, Dr. William H. Holtzclaw, that has provided Utica Junior College its eighty years of success.
