I swf sm 741 The President And The First Lady In the fall of 1957 there came to the campus of Utica lunior College a person destined to play a dynamic role in the history of the institution. Her lofty ideals and fine qualities of womanhood, her quiet sense of humor, her keen and sympathetic under- standing of people, her kindly manner, her ability to give wise and friendly counsel-all of these will be long remembered by the students, teachers, and staff mem- bers who have come to know her.
