The members of the Honor Society are chosen by the faculty of the school on a percentage basis, The object of the society is: 1. To stimulate a desire to render service in school and out. 2. This organization has sponsored mixer parties following some of the games for Utica students and visitors with the other teams, had the responsibility of the JuniorRed Cross and March ofDimes campaigns, the magazine sales campaign to purchase needed school equipment, and has promoted good sportsmanship in our school and fostered the desire to make and keep our school tops. The main staff positions were filled by students chosen from the class, and the rest of the members served in various capacities, such as reporters., copy and proof readers, writers, assistant editors for make-up of some year book pages, artists, subscription managers, etc. After one year's experience in this organization, we can see many improvements we hope will be made in time to come.
