CLASS OF 1 947 After three long months of vacation from the studio, fifty ambitious juniors were eager to return to their work on the morning of September 7. They found that Mrs. Tulloss was their sponsor. Realizing the amount of hard work ahead of them they plunged eagerly into it and elected their officers. They chose Shirlee Miller, president, Rosayn McCann, vice-president, and Beatrice Pierce, secretary-treasurer. These Junior stars took part in many shows during the year. Those who helped win the Licking County Football Championship were Robert Ryan, Roger Mason, William Olah, Robin Kirkpatrick, Richard Myers, Andrew Miller, Dick Gilbreath, and George Quinif. There were three boys who played on the reserve and varsity basketball teams: Andrew Miller, Robin Kirkpatrick, and Roger Mason. jack Hughes was a member of the reserve team. A number were members of the Glee Clubs and Mixed Chorus. Carol Booth, Bea Baker, Betty Rine, Mary Seavolt, and Pat Chvatal sang in the Triple Trio. fCw2zinued on page 611 Page Twenty-Four

' CLASS OF 1948 Under the leadership of an efficient corps of officers on set twenty-two, an ener- getic and industrious crew of 51 made several feature attractions as well as contributed to the production of the entire studio. john Stone served his second term as presi- dent, ably assisted by Eleanor Babb, vice-president, Marilyn McClelland, secretary, and Peggy Lou McKibben, treasurer. Von Green was elected as representative to Student Council. The publicity was handled by Neva Beever, Julia Earlewine, and Leona Blough as reporters on the Ink Splash, with Leland Walker and David Reed on the Builder Staff. The class was well represented in the casts of the music organizations, F. H. A., and F. F. A. Charles McDonald won a trophy in judging cattle at Columbus. Don Barrick, John Stone, james McCann, Von Green, and David Reed won the coveted U in football or basketball. The Thanksgiving party November 25 in the auditorium was a memorable occasion.
