Elliot Cameron is a versatile man. He has to be to hold down such a demanding job as Dean of Students. He's done everything from calming a band of rival engineers and foresters at 3 a.m. to performing more administrative tasks, all part of the former athlete s duties. The college sterotype of a Dean of Women is a tall, thin, iron-voiced woman with a personality of stone and strict demands. But Dean Leah Dunford doesn't fit this image. Yes, she demands the best from her girls but she's vivacious as the day is long. Among her likes she lists new cars, pizza, and most students. DEAN CAMERON 12

John Cannon, President STUDENT BODY OFFICERS Student government at USU has its enemies to sav least. But who doesn’t? Locally, officers have b accused of everything from being just a bunch of fied status-seekers craving recognition to throy over national student government convention pleasure trips to Hawaii on student funds. But y, you come right down to it, somebody's got to run student end of governmental affairs and the ones do it are elected by the same students who chide t| for malfeasance'' later. Such are the problems Democracy and human nature's eternal search f scapegoat. USU's student government has a preside first and second vice presidents, a secretary an business manager. Occupants of these offices fop University's Student Senate. Currently, John Cary president, is a man with a driving ambition thoroughness.
