Providing a well-rounded concert program occupied the time of Lee Parts and the Concert Committee, as they sponsored many concerts from well-known artists. The Special Events Committee, headed by Jerry Thompson, decorated the Union at Thanksgiving and Christmas and planned other surprises for Aggie participants. Dixie Gunderson’s Gallery Committee spent long hours filling the Union Building with displays of various art work.
