Student senators, beside performing regular senate duties, serve as chairmen on special committees. Committee responsibilities include everything from promoting school spirit to giving awards to deserving students. Tim Healy, chairman of the booster committee, points out pep rally dote to members, Maurine Ellett and Barbara Barnson. Nyle Mathews, seated, and Bob Steck, standing, are co-chairmen of the elections committee. Other members are Mae Beck and Helen Beach. Chairmen of the awards committee is Tom Yuill.
