Frederick P. Champ. President—Board of Trustees Scatd 0 Trustee College trustees should he advisers, supervisors, and educational pioneers. I he group entrusted with the responsibility of regulating affairs of Utah State in the past year possess all of these qualifications. Ever alert for the welfare of the college, the trustees have seen both the physical setup and the educational quality ol the college materially improved. Construction of an Aggie dream, the field house, has been accomplished solely through the efforts of the group. Losses which will be extremely difficult to replace bave occurred in the personnel of the board during the past year. I lie college mourns, with justifiable sorrow, the passing of Melvin J. Ballard and Frank B. Stephens. But new additions to the trustee organization will continue the board s ancient tradition of ability and leadership. 20

fa e a h J v ff the Lather confessor, fellow coordinator. Der Furlier of all activities is Jack Croft. I fas a greater variety of duties than anyone on the campus including everything from arranging luncheons to soothing the savage breasts of irate students. I'inds himsell on practically all committees— 1 either active or exofficio. Made a reputation as coach, athlete, and civic I leader before returning to his alma mater as Dean ol Men. Charming, debonair, winsome is the Dean ol Women. Lcnore Lewis Williams. Hands out advice and sympathy to coeds as well as boy-eds and dissolves all their mountains into mole-hills. Favorite ways of relaxing are embroidering dainty scarfs, stirring up tempting cakes, taking long walks, or sitting dreamily at her piano picking out bits of melody. Keeps rill her memories in the form of a scrap book. Dean Croft Dean Williams Dean Clayton 22
