NVe traveled along with him, enjoying the benefits of his counsel, his example, and his achievements. Father Glenn l-loldhrook Principal He's following his father's footstepsf' we hear said of a young man who has chosen to carry on rhe work of his father. He might modify the expression slightly in speaking of Father Holdbrook, for he,s following in his Heavmly Father's foot- stepsf' Truly we have seen the likeness of Christ in him as we have talked and worked with him. We are led to recall how Christ showed not a sign of impatience when the crowds pressed on Him . . . how He had always a kindly word for the poor and the weak . . .of His patience with the sinner and the ignorant . . . of His just anger when His Father's honor was attacked. With the years, the picture becomes more true: a more perfect image of the Master. With the years our appreciation and grati- tude deepen for one who has followed and taught us to follow . . . in Our Father's footsteps. 8
