The dedication of Fcttcrolf House, one of the oldest houses in Collcgevillc.was celebrated by an Inaugural l-xhibit: A Selection of American Art during the week of September 28. 1986. The Inaugural l;.xhibit featured selections of American paintings and sculpture primarily from the collection of Muriel and Phillip I. Berman. The new renovations provide Lrsinus students with an excellent art facility. 16

 Musscr Hall Musser Hall is the first residence hall to be devoted entirely to a single program. The building serves as the headquarters for the new international program. A recent gift from Betty Musscr and her husband Warren have made possible the renovation of and addition to South Hall, which has been renamed in the Musser's honor. On January 21 Ursinus College received one of Montgomery County Planning Commission's 1986 Outstanding Land Development Award’s. The College received the honor in recognition of the Residential Village project which restored eleven old Main Street resident halls to their original Victorian appearance.
