LATIN CLUB This club, named The Twentieth-Cen- tury Romans, was organized three years ago to promote interest in the Latin language and the Roman way of life. The event-of-the- year in the club schedule was the annual banquet, planned by consul Doris Robinson, tribune Ray Stewart, scribe Lucinda Blair, and the club sponsor, Miss Kollmeyer. At this Roman -style banquet, held near the end of the school year, all members dress in togas, eat Roman food, and enjoy Roman entertainment. This year they were treated to a match by two gladiators imported from Sicily for the occasion, and also to an in- itiation ofthe new members. URBANA SERVISOFI'
