MISS GLADYS GRINDELIND CHCDIR Students with an interest in music and a love of singing ioin their voices in the Upsala College Choir. Their jubilant tones are expertly blended under the direction of Miss Gladys Grindeland. They are known among the small choirs of the country as a group that maintains the highest stand- ards of choral singing. The tour this year took the choir into the southern states as far as North Carolina. Other ap- pearances ofthe group were the traditional Advent Vesper Service at St. John's Cathedral in New York, the Salute to Eisenhower at Madison Square Garden, the Town Hall concert with the Es- tonian Male Chorus, and various campus events.
