i STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council, an organization which works for the unification of Upsala stu- dents into a representative democratic body, had a successful year under the capable lead- ership of Wendell Breithaupt. This year was highlighted by the first meetings ofthe Judicial Board, chairmaned by Joel Carucci. Its first considerations were the parking and smoking problems onthe campus. The Student Council continued many of its previous activities including freshman tra- ditions, class elections, Open House for parents, pep rallies, Campus Chest and helping with other needs on campus.
