The AFROTC program is a four year course of study and drill leading to a commission in the United States Air Force upon graduation. For the first two years in the corps, basic cadets must wear uniforms tor Thursday drill and attend two hours of class per week. To reach advanced standing, cadets must pass psychological, physical, and ap- titude tests as well as maintain a good average in their overall college curricula. Advanced cadets are in charge of drill and must spend four hours each week in class. They receive a subsistence of 527.00 per month. Between the Junior and Senior year cadets must spend four weeks in summer training camp. Throughout the year field trips and orientation flights are arranged to round out the cadet's knowledge of air force operations. First row: T. Townsend, J. Kilborne, D. Erickson, J. Oberst.
