The annual try-out plays were presentecl on Novenilmer 12 in the Viking' g'ylH1lZlSlUlll. lt is on the lmasis of the acting in these plays that new lneniluers are chosen into the society. There were live one-act plays, each one coached lay nieinluers ot the lfoot- ligjht Club. The try-out plays were a great success ancl from their casts twelve stnclents were chosen as having' reinarkalule almility as actors ancl actresses. Then on March 2, Owen Davis' Pulitzer Prize play. lee- laounclf' was given in the Columbian School.
