CLASS WILL We, the members of the Class of 1950, of Upper Leacock High School, being of sound mind and generous disposition, desire that our possessions be bestowed upon our successors. We do hereby, and in the presence of these witnesses, make, publish, and declare the following to be our last will and testament. First, we bequeath to the junior boys the senior boys' manly features, and to the junior girls' the senior girls' pleasing personalities. Secondly, we bequeath to the seventh grade our ability to be quiet in study hall. The individual members of the class herein named bequeath the fol- lowing: ITEM: To anyone who is afraid to stand un for what is right and wrong, Bob Albright gives his ability at arguing. To Peg Burkholder, Kenny Horst willingly surrenders his slide rule. To Tommy Dorsey, Henry Loewen wills his trombone technique. Doll Yunginger's shorthand marks go to any junior who can steal and get away with them. To any junior using the hit and cuss method, Shirley Hess gives her typewriter. To Marlene Spence, Nancy Hoover gives her valuable cat fur coat. To any girl who is planning to settle down, Kathryn Buckwalter readily forfeits her ability to keep house. Bob Hartranft's good marks to Donald Bushong, who seems to have the initiative to study? ? ? ? To anyone who can fill it, Fred Kurtz leaves his basketball suit. Sara Sweigart willinglg bequeaths her thrilling Q???J Saturday evenings to Betty Ann Stau er. Mary Ann Hillegass gives her seat in band to anyone who thinks that they can screech on the clarinet. To the jet planes, John Myer gives the speed at which he drives the 88. To anyone wishing no work and all night-life, Bob Stitzel leaves his imprints on the path to Walnut Street. Esta Lois Leaman gives her thirteen study periods a week to Bob Barnes, who seems to have a hard time getting three. Les Broomall gives his Latin seat to his sister Puss . Jim Greiner gives his position as comedian of the senior class, to anyone capable of holding such an admirable position. All real estate, personal property, trash, or junk remaining after our departure from this institution shall be disposed of in such manner as is deemed advisable. In the presence of these witnesses, we have hereunto set our seal and signature to this our last will and testament on this twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
