,alndfar Living and Warking Well Cagctlzcn Kress Kvunfry Second row: Coach Dingley, S. Frith, L. Miller. First row: M. Read, R. Rollins, S. Read, B. Garland. Cross-Country started out with a rather small team this year. Having lost members by grad- uation and other causes, we were somewhat handicapped. Those out for Cross-Cormtry were as follows: Stephen Read, Loren Miller, Michael Read, Richard Rollins, James Beane, Bruce Gar- land, and Stanley Frith. The team participated in four meets this year. These were: Solon vs. Bingham, Central vs Bingham: in dual meets Dexter - Monson - Central - Bingham: in a quadrangle meet and a League meet at Bingham, which wrapped up the season. This meet was won by Anson. Those participating were: Central - Athens - Anson - Monson - Solon - Bingham. Bingham did not win any meets this year, but as most members of our team are underclass- men, there is greater prospect for next year. This is also the first year that cross-country has been under League supervision. This should enable future meets to be better organized and should increase interest in this sport. Good luck to next year's team! Paul Corbin '58 This page is sponsored by PREBLE and ROBINSON BEMIS' RESTAURANT ORRIN J. HILL E. W. MOORE8n SON
