Each year the council provides for the class scrap, clean-up day, Watermelon feed, punishment tor green cap thefts. The Council has qeneral jurisdiction over the Recreation Room. The Council is composed ot ten members chosen from the tour classes and elected by the stu- dents. There are tour senior representatives, three juniors, two sophomores, and one fresh- man.
