MARCHING BAND Majorettes This year the marching band, under the direc- tion of Mr. Foust, has been occupied with foot- ball games and parades. During football season the band presents many formations and songs. Although the members frequently objected to the many hours of practice, they were glad in the endg because they performed well. On the afternoon of the Collegeville game Our boys played in the Saturday rain. Her Mdsgsvl SUSAN SCHOFIELD SUGAR PLUM BALL: DeCembef20,1958 The Senior hearts were filled with cheer. They knew their Christmas dance was near. Plans and decorations were completed in a week, And not a person had the time to sleep. The name of the dance was The Sugar Plum Ball. Many a verdant tree graced our dancing hall. N f I x Sa K -,es get Plum V The P . IOCSSSIOH But as the evening of the dance drew near, The hearts of everyone filled with cheer The Queen and her court presided, While over the floor we glided, All in all the evening was fine, And everyone had a wonderful time. The music was woven by the five jones Boys, Who helped to create the seson's joys. The lights provided the proper mood, And all who came enjoyed the food. Everyone danced many a measure, And all agreed the evening a pleasure. Original Jones Boys.
