REDBIRDS WIN CHAMPIONSHIP J. Magyar, A. Fad, J. Lusska, R. Webb, W. Hibschman, R. Cottom, jump Ball: Co-Captains P. Herder, J. Brown, R. Jacobs. The Upper Dublin Senior High basketball team won its second championship in a row this year. However, this year it was in a different league, the Inter-County League. Their league record was eleven wins and one loss. Outside of the league, their record was four wins and five losses. The Cards came in second in the Oreland Lions' Basketball Tournament, losing to Am- bler. One reason for the success of the Cards was the coaching of Paul Jones. He planned a difficult sched- ule before the league began so that the Cards would have the needed experience for their league games. The Cards proved they had it by defeating some good ball teams. .Ili 'TUX Ooph! Come on, Ball Way to go, Jim! Get it, Percy!
