2. I salute you, the Class of 1956, at this Commencement upon reaching an important milestone in your life. We are proud of you, the second class to graduate from Upper Dublin. For twelve years you have strived to attain this goal. During this time you have grown in stature, understanding, and accomplishment. We hope, that with your getting of knowledge and understanding, you have also formulated a philosophy of life that will aid you in living happily and usefully. As you go forward from Upper Dublin, may you cherish the idealism, the enthusiasm, and the spirit which you helped to create in our school. Whether in college, in the workshop, in the office or in the home, our fondest hopes go with you. We extend our heartiest congratulations to each one of you. May God's richest blessings thee attend. T J U 1 . S.- I Our production would not be complete without mention- ing two personalities who have made everything we have accomplished these past years possible. These credits go to our loyal advisors, Mrs. Gehret and Mr. Shearba. As teachers they have been painstaking in our educational development, as advisors they have given us their untiring efforts to make our tasks a success, and as our friends they have shown in- spiring help and encouragement. Their friendly personalities, their constant examples of high ideals for which our school stands, and their faith in us have contributed greatly to our lives at Upper Dublin. At this eventful time of your life-graduation from High School-it is our earnest hope that you will carry with you the high ideals That you have given Upper Dublin during the past several years. May The lessons that you have learned, the friendships that you have formed, the ex- periences that you have shared go with you to enable you to live a richer, fuller, and happier life.
