Music And Art Chorus is . Loving to sing, but you can't! ... Learning to hold back laughter when some- one's voice cracks ... Singing bass when you're a soprano. Concert Choir is ... Going to Romania and finding the coun- try in a state of national emer- gency when you get there, but having a great time getting to know the people. Band is Finding out that you don't know your left foot from your right foot ... Like being in the Lawrence Welk Or- chestra . . . Being the only one marching straight ahead after everyone else has done an about face ... Marching, and freez- ing, and practicing, and still having fun. Art is . .. Finishing your clay pot after four weeks of work and dropping it before it gets grad- ed ... Letting others see your thoughts .. . Finding new ways of getting paste off of your fingers ... Getting ready to put the finishing touches on a poster and someone steps on it . .. When you think you've made a masterpiece, but you did the wrong assignment .. .
