board of regents © The Board of Regents is the executive committee of the Board of Trustees, and may deal with any phase of the University ' s interests. It is presided over by the Chancellor of the University. The meetings are held regularly three times a year and special meetings are called when the need arises. It plays a most important part in the life of the University, and a great deal depends upon the decisions which it makes.
