THE BOARD OF REGENTS The Board of Regents is composed of three bishops, three presby- ters, and nine laymen. These members are elected by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Regents is the executive committee of the Board of Trustees and functions primarily in a financial way al- though it may deal with any phase of the University ' s interests should it see fit to do so.
