Oul Jlauu Seniaid, BUSTER HAGIWARA Vice-President LOUIS STACKER President HERBERT ANDERSON Treasurer Memories ... of this year and the preceding three . . . our amazement at suddenly finding ourselves classified as seniors . , . catching up on much needed rest after those nine long weeks of lesson plans, study halls, and test evaluations . . . the farewell parties for January grads . . . informal dinners in the cafeteria and parties in the gym . . . Louie ' s, Buster ' s, Corky ' s, and Herb ' s able leadership of our senior activities. . . . Buster ' s boisterous send-off reminding us of those other fellow-classmates now in the Service and scattered across the globe. These and other memories flash through our minds on gradua- tion day as we recall the things we were always going to do but never got around to doing. We feel ourselves a part of a transition— being at the top, yet preparing to start anew. What seemed to have been four years of chaotic college living begins to resolve into order. We see a plan — we become part of a plan bigger than our- selves or our college. CORRINE YOUNG Secretary 20
