Carlson's six years at the University of Toledo, the school has advanced rapidly. Among the most no- table changes have been expansion of both campus and curricula. Construction projects since Dr. Carl- son became president in 1958 include the Snyder and Engineering-Science buildings, Carter Hall, and enlargement of Mac- Kinnon Hall.
