CARTER The labors ol the Statl in compiling the 1936 Blockhouse seem much more worth while with the thought ol producing something ol enduring value, and the opportunity to give credit vvhere credit is due. This year we honor a man who in a short span ol years has endeared himsell to admin- istrative oliicers and students alil4e. As Director ol the Junior College he became a true lriend and inspiration ol every student vvith vvhom he came in contact. Shortly alter the untimely death ol our be- loved Dean lvlclfinnon, last year, the position of Dean ol Administration and Director ol the Junior College vvere combined and the man selected to till these responsibilities is none other than this same man to vvhom the 1936 stahl dedicates its Blockhouse, our Dr. Ray- mond L. Carter.
