But, sad to relate, during his last two years in college Cupid has been so cruel as to deprive the ladies of his company and turned his mind to other activities. For about one week last spring he could he seen daily furthering the interests of the track team, but he decided that he didn’t want to deprive anyone of a place on the team, and therefore nobly gave up his aspirations.
