The scheme of the book has of necessity been modeled on that of the nine that have preceded it. lVe do not feel that we have been alone in the im- dertaking of publishing this volume of the Savitar. The book belongs to the student body of the Uni- versity, and more especially to the Junior class of the University. The students as a whole have made it what it is.
